Once you have completed the registration form, you must fill out two documents and send them to Iudith, our financial manager. The first document includes information you'll need to make the $300 program deposit via bank transfer. The second document is a payment agreement plan and indicates the terms and conditions of the program payment. The third document is a health form. Please fill these out within a week of registering for the program and send it to Iudith. Once you have returned these documents, Iudith will set up a payment plan for you according to any scholarships or other funding that you may be receiving (if at all). You will then need to sign that document and return it to her.
